How do you talk to yourself. IT MATTERS.

We scoff or debate with others that say they can't workout, do CrossFit, eat better, that say they are too old, or not fit enough. Than on the other side we tell ourselves that I'm getting old, I'm always sore, my knee hurts, I'm not in my prime, I'm not where I was.

That self talk doesn't not help. Take action. Complaining and blaming gets your nowhere, it serves no one. Take action.

Not sure what that action should be that is what we are here for.
