Five Factors of Health and Fitness

Nutrition, Movement, Recovery, Mindset, Relationships.

These are the five factors of health and fitness. Working on these areas of your life will help improve your quality of life overtime.

All five factors are important and they are all needed. If you are lacking in one then you are leaving something on the table. Which one are you struggling with? What is one thing you could do today that could improve it? Could you start eating a vegetable every meal, get four workouts a week, start a nightly bedtime routine, start reading the ‘Daily Mindset’ every morning during breakfast, and ask somebody a 2nd question?
