Our youth programs are sessional. Winter, summer, and fall are our common times to run classes. The programs last 6 to 8 weeks at a time.
Programs
Equity Kids (5-9)
Our goal for the kids is to make health and fitness fun and teach them to move well. We work on improving movement while making it fun. We incorporate a lot of games. Sessions are 30 minutes.
Equity Teens (11-16)
Our goal is to build general fitness. No matter what your teen wants to pursue in the future we want to give them the physical tools to be healthy, fit, and confident.
Equity Team (8 to 18)
This is training for sport teams. Based on teams’ schedule.
Cost for team training is $150 /session
Our goal with team training is to give them the strength, conditioning, movement mechanics, and functional range of motion to excel in their sport. So we will work on strength, stamina, coordination, balance, speed, power, and agility. This will vary depending on the sport.
