8 Tips to Succeed During the Holiday Party Season

You have a plan and habits built around improving your fitness in the gym. Lets build some habits and practices to improve nutrition during the holidays.

Don’t dig yourself a hole that you have to get out of. Ever year people dig themselves into a hole by excessive eating and drinking about parties. Then they have to get themselves out of that hole.

5) Don't finish your 3rd drink

7) Avoid trigger foods
