Be your own coach.
A coach can only take you so far, you have to be able to see and implement the changes.
Use video to get better iteratively. As you improve, so will you knowledge and in turn you will be able to see more and more ways to improve.
This is not just for workouts, it can also be used for movements. Movements is actually where you should start then move to workouts.
