This One Thing is Slowing Down Your Progress

When being coached and receiving feedback excuses, blaming, and complaining will only slow, if not stop, progress.

We want to come from a place of understanding, learning, and growth.

We cannot do that all of the time, however we can start being more aware of it, start being intentional with the feedback we get, and we can take action on it.

This is not just for the gym it is for all areas of your life, it will help your career, relationships, hobbies, and all other aspects.
