Quality movement and range of motion promotes longevity. It is also conducive to athletic potential as well.

Going fast is not always the answer. Mechanics, Consistency, then Intensity. You don’t forgo mechanics and quality movement in spite of intensity, in fact it is a reason to keep those mechanics.
