What is driving you?

When your focus is the outer scorecard what do you think happens to your sense of happiness versus focusing on the inner scorecard? Take time to thing on what your inner scorecard should be. It should change over time and should be something you have a relationship. It is not something you set it and forget it. Reevaluate on a regular schedule.
