  1. How often do you train?
    1-2 hrs/day 7 days/week
    What do you do for recovery?
    Bike on Thursdays, swim and sauna on Sundays, cold shower daily
    What does your nutrition look like?
    Healthy in general, but I eat what I want

  2. Why do you workout? Do you like competing?
    To improve.
    Love it.

  3. What are your top 3 favorite workout movements?
    Rope climbs, hs walks, cleans

  4. What was your goal for the Open? What is your goal for QF?
    Top 10%
    Just do my best

  5. What is your daytime gig?
    Inspector/assistant project manager

  6. How do you balance working out with life?
    Get up at 4:30 to workout so I don’t take time away from my kids. Put in extra work on weekends

  7. Do you have any other hobbies?
    No

  8. What advice would you give to ....
    someone just starting their workout journey?
    Decide what you’re going to do and stick to it regardless of whether you feel like it or not.
    someone wanting to reaching QF in the future?
    Push yourself. If it’s not hard (the weight, the pace, etc.) it’s not going to change you.
