What Do the Equity Coaches Eat for Breakfast?
Breakfast can be a tough meal to get in everyday. The easiest thing to do is to eat the same breakfast everyday. This will create a habit and you will not have to think about it everyday. Another option is to have a base breakfast and modify it slightly to keep it fresh, use a different hot sauce, different veggies, add cinnamon.
Here is what our coaches eat for breakfast.

Scrambled Eggs (2 whole eggs with 4 oz of egg whites)
Spinach, mushrooms
Rolled Oats with Blueberries, raspberries, and cocoa nibs
Krista
Scrambled Eggs (3 whole eggs and some egg whites)
Sauteed Veggies (onion, mushroom, pepper, spinach) or swap for Oatmeal with cinnamon and raisins
Coffee with a splash of half/half
Water

3 Egg Omelet with onions, peppers, mushrooms, bok choy, and hot sauce
Soaked Quick Oats with Whey/Casein, banana, and cinnamon
