3 Ways to React to Adversity
We cannot control when adversity will come into our lives, but we can control how we react to that adversity.

Instead of spinning down into a negative headspace, focusing on a positive attitude will help mitigate the adversity.

Understanding that from adversity comes learning and growth. When things get hard that is when we become better.
