Competing vs Comparing

We have talked about Competing vs. Training vs. Practicing before. If we are competing or training we always seem to push a bit more when we are with someone else.

This is where we want to start talking about “Competing vs. Comparing”. Competing using the energy of others to push yourself a bit more than you would alone. This is a great way to find what you are really capable of. Comparing is keeping up with the Jones’ rather than working towards your goals. It is focusing on what you don’t have instead of what you do have.

Being around others is going to push you a bit more, are you using that as a force of positivity or negativity.

Are you competing or comparing? What do you think will make you happier?

Cheers,
Berek
