5 Exercises to Improve Your Snatch

Actually, these exercises will help improve your clean and jerk as well.

There are a few common issues that we struggle with in the Olympic lifts.

  1. Strong and stable overhead position

  2. Speed under the bar

  3. Strong and stable catch position

All of these movements are fantastic for helping improve your lifts to build a your overhead position, speed under the bar, your bottom position, and improve your footwork.
