Glue and Screw - place a line of glue on one side of the wood.  Use a clamp to hold the two pieces together. Drill holes for the screws and screw them in.

The Build

1. Cut the panels out of the plywood sheet.

2. Cut handles into the 18 ½ x 28 ½ panels and round edges on both sides with a router.
3. Take the 24x28 ½  and 18 ½ x 28 ½ panels and glue and screw them. (this is the hard part).
4. Now you should have a box without a top and bottom.
5. Glue and screw the 24 x 20 panels to the top and bottom.
6. Round the edges with a router then sand with a fine grit sandpaper.
7. OPTIONAL: Fill screws holes with wood putty.
